Western Sizzlin is engaged in the franchising of restaurants. Western Sizzlin offers signature steak dishes as well as other classic American menu items. Western Sizzlin also operates other concepts, Great American Steak & Buffet, and Wood Grill Buffet consisting of hot and cold food buffet style dining. The Investment Management segment is composed of Biglari Capital and Western Investments, Inc. This segment provides investment advisory services to private investment funds.
