Deposits with the Bank are insured to the maximum amount provided by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Bank provides its customers with personal customized service utilizing the latest technology and delivery channels. The Company’s income is mainly derived from dividends received from the Bank. These dividends are determined by the Bank’s earnings and capital position. Access National Capital Trust II was formed for the purpose of issuing redeemable capital securities. The Bank operates from five banking centers located in Chantilly, Tysons Corner, Reston, Leesburg and Manassas, Virginia.
