The Company manufactures and implement energy management systems consisting primarily of commercial interior and exterior lighting systems, controls, power data management and cloud-based data storage and related services. It also markets and implement renewable energy systems consisting primarily of solar generating photovoltaic systems and wind turbines. Its operation are segmented into two – Energy management division and Engineered systems division. The Energy management division develops, manufactures, sells and provides technical services for the sale of commercial high intensity fluorescent and light emitting diode lighting systems and energy management systems. The Engineered systems division offers solar PV systems to allow customers to convert sunlight into electricity. This segment also offers integrated solar power services, such as project development; engineering, procurement, and construction; operation and maintenance; and project finance services. Additionally, The Company provides energy management services, including comprehensive site assessment, site field verification, utility incentive and government subsidy management, engineering design, project management, installation, and recycling, as well as offers power data management and cloud-based data storage and related services. The company sells its products directly to commercial and industrial customers; and indirectly through electrical contractors and value-added resellers.
