The Company has U.S. and global patent rights for the use of statin drugs for the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer’s disease. It is developing new treatments for bacterial infections in humans. NicAlert received clearance from the U.S. FDA and is also certified with a CE Mark in Europe. TobacAlert is the first test of its kind to measure second and third hand smoke exposure in individuals. The Company has developed AlzheimAlert, a urinary test that aids physicians in the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease.
