It is a marketing and distribution company that specializes in consumer fashion accessories. Its main offerings include line of men’s and women’s fashion watches and jewelry, handbags, small leather goods, belts, sunglasses, shoes, soft accessories and clothing. In the watch and jewelry product categories, the Company has a portfolio of recognized owned and licensed brand names under which its products are marketed. The Company’s products are distributed globally through various distribution channels, including wholesale in countries where it has a physical presence, direct to the consumer through its retail stores and commercial websites and through third-party distributors in countries where it does not maintain a physical presence. The Company’s operations and financial reporting are primarily divided into four distinct segments: North America wholesale segment; Europe wholesale segment; Asia Pacific wholesale segment; and Direct to consumer segment, which includes Company-owned retail stores, its catalogs and e-commerce activities. Within the wholesale segments of its business, it generally sells to retailers in those countries in which it has a physical presence as well as to third-party distributors in countries where it does not have a physical presence. The Company’s wholesale customer base includes, among others, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s, Dillard’s, JCPenney, Kohl’s, Sears, Wal-Mart and Target.
