Its investment focus is to own well-located net leased industrial properties which are leased to investment-grade tenants on long-term leases. In addition, the Company holds a portfolio of REIT securities. The Company invests in both debt and equity securities of other REITs. Currently, the Company has investments in seventy-two rental properties, consisting of 71 industrial properties and one shopping center, which are located in twenty-six states. The Company competes with other investors in real estate for attractive investment opportunities. These investors include other ‘equity’ real estate investment trusts, limited partnerships, syndications and private investors, among others.
