Its services are designed to make enterprise-class hosting services available to small and medium-sized businesses at affordable monthly rates. The Company’s operating segment includes StoresOnline, Crexendo Web Services, and Crexendo Network Services. The StoresOnline segment serves the small office/ home office (SOHO) business owner and entrepreneur seeking the tools and training to establish a successful website on the Internet. Specifically, StoresOnline services a market segment looking for a ‘do-it-yourself’ option as an alternative to the high cost of contracting an e-commerce or web developer and an ad agency for website promotion. Crexendo Web Services segment generate professional services revenue from search engine optimization services, link building, paid search management services, conversion rate optimization services, and website design and development. These services are billed on a fixed price basis or on a monthly recurring basis with an initial term of six to twelve months. Its segment provides telecommunications services transmit calls using VoIP technology, which converts voice signals into digital data packets for transmission over the Internet. Each of its calling plans provides a number of basic features typically offered by traditional telephone service providers. This platform enables a user via a single ‘identity’ to access and utilize services and features regardless of how the user is connected to the Internet, whether it is from a desktop device or a mobile device.
