The Company is essentially a holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary, Good Times Drive Thru Inc., which is engaged in the business of developing, owning, operating and franchising hamburger-oriented drive-through restaurants under the name Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard. Many of these restaurants are owned and operated by regional and national restaurant chains. Restaurant companies that currently compete with Good Times in the Denver market include McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Carl’s Jr., Sonic and Jack in the Box.
