As of 31 December 2012, Monster Worldwide generated approximately 63% of its revenue, and Apollo Group, the corporate parent of the University of Phoenix, generated approximately 32% of its revenues. The Company generates recruitment revenue through its strategic partnership agreement with Monster Worldwide. It also earns consumer marketing and consumer advertising revenue from providing media space on its websites directly to advertisers and consumer marketers. The company generates its advertising revenue from its exclusive relationship with Apollo, for which it place advertising on websites and to whose website it direct its members to help advance their education.
