Frequency Electronics was founded in 1961. The Company provides precision time and low phase noise frequency generation systems, from 1 Hz to 46 GHz which is employed in commercial, government, C4ISR and other military electronic systems. Its technology is used for terrestrial and space applications. The Company’s products support multiple C4ISR (Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Security and Reconnaissance), counter measures and additional defense electronic applications for the U.S. government on land, sea and air-borne platforms. The Company operates under three reportable segments, aligned with the geographical locations of its subsidiaries: FEI-NY, Gillam-FEI; and FEI-Zyfer.
